The mechanical and electrical integrated lock cylinder comprises a mechanical locking mechanism, a lock cylinder body, an electronic locking mechanism and a lock cylinder detection mechanism, wherein the lock cylinder body is rotationally connected with the mechanical locking mechanism, is provided with a key hole and a buckling mechanism, and can reciprocate between an unlocking position and a locking position along with an inserted computer key, the electronic locking mechanism is arranged in the lock cylinder body, can be electrically connected with the computer key inserted into the key hole and is used for locking the movement of the lock cylinder body, the lock cylinder detection mechanism is used for detecting a position state of the lock cylinder body, and a blade of the mechanical locking mechanism extends into the lock cylinder body and can make contact with the computer key inserted into the lock cylinder body. According to the mechanical and electrical integrated lock cylinder, the lock cylinder detection mechanism monitors a locking state of the electronic lock by detecting a position of the lock cylinder body and cannot be intervened from the outside, a locking action is still driven by rotating the computer key, and it is guaranteed that the locking state fed back by the lock with the lock cylinder detection mechanism is consistent with an actual locking state.
