Electromagnetic lock core and safety lock
The invention relates to the technical field of electromagnetic devices, in particular to an electromagnetic lock core and a safety lock. The electromagnetic lock core is used for the safety lock, andcomprises an electromagnetic assembly; the electromagnetic assembly comprises a shell, a coil assembly located in the shell, a moving iron core and a pressure-bearing magnet conducting part, the moving iron core is located at the end part of the coil assembly, and the pressure-bearing magnet conducting part is located between the coil assembly and the moving iron core; the moving iron core can beconnected with a lock core rod of the safety lock; and a magnet reducing groove is formed in the pressure-bearing magnet conducting part, the moving iron core is correspondingly provided with a protrusion, and when the moving iron core is close to the pressure-bearing magnet conducting part by the electromagnetic force, the protrusion can be placed in the magnetic reducing groove. According to the electromagnetic lock core, the magnet reducing groove is formed in the pressure-bearing magnet conducting part to reduce the local magnet conductivity of the pressure-bearing magnet conducting part,the magnetic circuit between a magnet yoke, the moving iron core and the shell is corrected, the protrusion is arranged on the moving iron core and can be placed in the magnet reducing groove, an inlaid structure is formed between the moving iron core and the pressure-bearing magnet conducting part, the magnet conducting area between the moving iron core and the pressure-bearing magnet conductingpart is increased, and thus the electromagnetic force between the moving iron core and the pressure-bearing magnet conducting part is increased.
