The invention discloses a door lock assembly and belongs to the field of locking devices. The door lock assembly comprises two fixing bases, a connecting rod and a connecting part. The two fixing bases are arranged on a single-leaf door in a spaced manner, or arranged on double leaves of a double-leaf door. The two ends of the connecting rod can penetrate through the two fixing bases and extend out. The two extending ends of the connecting rod are used for hanging a first hanging lock and a second hanging lock correspondingly. The connecting part can be arranged on a door frame of the single-leaf door and can be located between the two fixing bases after being connected with the connecting rod. The invention further discloses an installing door. The installing door is provided with the door lock assembly. According to the door lock assembly, door opening can be achieved by unlocking any hanging lock, and the door lock assembly is practical and convenient; the door lock assembly is applicable to the single-leaf door and the double-leaf door, and high in universality. The door lock assembly is used for being placed in an area of public property equipment of a private property right property unit, and the public property equipment is maintained, the defect that operators need to keep multiple keys can be eliminated, and meanwhile, the operation and maintenance efficiency can be improved.
