The system comprises a first stock bin, a crusher, a first hoist, a second stock bin, a digestion assembly, a second hoist, a powder concentrator, a third hoist, a third stock bin, a packaging machine and an electric control part, wherein a quicklime raw material is stored in the first stock bin; the first stock bin is communicated with the crusher, and the quicklime raw material enters the crusher from the first bin; the powder concentrator is communicated with a second output end; the third hoist comprises athird receiving end and a third output end, and the powder concentrator is communicated with the third receiving end; the third stock bin is communicated with the third output end; the packaging machine is communicated with the third stock bin; and the first stock bin, the crusher, the first hoist, the second stock bin, the digestion assembly, the powder concentrator, the second hoist, the thirdhoist, the third stock bin and the packing machine are all electrically connected with the electric control part.
