The invention provides a nanometer anti-channeling agent. The nanometer anti-channeling agent is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 20 to 40 parts of nanometer silicon dioxide,5-10 parts of nanometer silicon, 100 parts of water, 5-15 parts of a coupling agent, 0.5-2 parts of a first dispersant, and 0.5-1 part of a first defoaming agent. Compared with the prior art, the nanometer anti-channeling agent provided by the invention is a nano-scale emulsion, when the nano-scale emulsion is added into cement paste, the problem of volume shrinkage caused in a cement paste curing process can be effectively solved, the elasticity and toughness of set cement and the bonding strength between the set cement and interfaces I and II are enhanced, and nano-scale particles can improve the microstructure and the seepage resistance of set cement; and moreover, the nanometer anti-channeling agent has a relatively high specific surface area, and can be used for effectively constraining free water among pores of cement solid particles, so cement paste keeps relatively good stability, the permeability of the set cement is reduced, and the strength of the set cement is improved.
本发明提供了一种纳米防窜剂,由以下组分制备得到,包括:纳米二氧化硅20~40重量份;纳米硅5~10重量份;水100重量份;偶联剂5~15重量份;第一分散剂0.5~2重量份;第一消泡剂0.5~1重量份。与现有技术相比,本发明提供的纳米防窜剂为纳米级的乳浊液,将其加入水泥浆中,可有效弥补水泥浆固化过程中引起的体积收缩问题,增强水泥石的弹韧性及其与I、II界面的胶结强度,同时纳米级的颗粒能够改善水泥石的微观结构,提高水泥石的渗流阻力;并且该纳米防窜剂具有较高的比表面积,能够有效束缚水泥固体颗粒孔隙间的自由水,使水泥浆保持较好的稳定性,降低水泥石的渗透率,提高水泥石的强度。
