The invention discloses a pavement leveling machine for highway engineering. Improvement is made on the basis of an existing vibrating ruler. A manual dragging frame is arranged and comprises a damping joint pipe, a lower fixing disc, an oblique spring, an upper fixing disc and a dragging connecting rod. Damping joint pipes are arranged on the portions, located behind the left side and the right side of a vibration exciter, of the rear end face of the vertical connecting plate; the damping joint pipes obliquely extend upwards; dragging connecting rods are embedded into the upper ends of the damping joint pipes; upper fixing discs and lower fixing discs are fixedly arranged on the dragging connecting rods and the damping joint pipes respectively; and oblique springs are arranged between theupper fixing discs and the lower fixing discs. The invention aims at solving the problems of large vibration and large noise in the existing vibration ruler. The oblique shock absorber is arranged onthe manual dragging frame, the vibration amplitude is reduced, the occurrence probability of arm vibration diseases is reduced, the mode that an existing gasoline engine serves as a power source to drive a vibrator is changed, a storage battery serves as a power source, a vibration motor serves as the vibration exciter, noise generated in the vibration process is low, and body health of workers is facilitated.
本发明公开了一种公路工程用路面整平机,在现有振动尺的基础上进行改进,设置手动拖拽架包括减震接合管、下固定盘、斜向弹簧、上固定盘和拖拽连杆,竖直连板的后端面上处于激振器左右两侧后方的部分上设有减震接合管,减震接合管倾斜向上延伸且上端嵌入有拖拽连杆,拖拽连杆与减震接合管上分别固定设置有上固定盘和下固定盘,上固定盘和下固定盘之间设有斜向弹簧。本发明针对现有振动尺中振动大、噪声大的问题,在手动拖拽架上设置一个斜向的减震器,减小振动幅度,降低手臂振动病的发生概率,而且改变现有的汽油机作为动力源驱动振动器的形式,以蓄电池作为动力源,以振动电机作为激振器,振动时产生的噪音小,有利于作业工人的身体健康。
