The invention discloses a highway engineering formwork supporting device. The device comprises a plurality of supporting frames; the supporting frame comprises a supporting bottom plate; a mounting base is arranged at one end of the supporting bottom plate; the mounting base comprises a base, a first supporting lug and a second supporting lug which are located on the two ends of the base and vertical to the base; a rotating shaft is arranged between the first supporting lug and the second supporting lug; the two ends of the rotating shaft extend to the outer sides of the first supporting lug and the second supporting lug correspondingly; the rotating shaft is slidably connected with the first supporting lug or/and the second supporting lug; a supporting inclined rod and a disc are arrangedon the rotating shaft; one end of the supporting inclined rod is rotationally connected with the rotating shaft; the disc is fixedly connected with the rotating shaft; first teeth and second teeth meshed with each other are arranged on the opposite faces of the disc and the supporting inclined rod respectively; and the end, close to the supporting inclined rod, of the rotating shaft is in threaded connection with a first nut. The supporting inclined rods and the supporting bottom plate can be adjusted to proper angles to be fixed, the formwork supporting device can be suitable for fixing formworks of different heights, and the supporting stability can be improved.
本发明公开了一种公路工程模板支撑装置,包括若干个支撑架,支撑架包括支撑底板,支撑底板的一端设有安装座,安装座包括底座、位于底座两端且垂直于底座的第一支撑耳和第二支撑耳,第一支撑耳和第二支撑耳之间设有转轴,且转轴的两端分别延伸至第一支撑耳、第二支撑耳的外侧,转轴与第一支撑耳或/和第二支撑耳滑动连接,转轴上设有支撑斜杆和圆盘,支撑斜杆的一端与转轴转动连接,圆盘与转轴固定连接,所述圆盘和支撑斜杆相对的一面上分别设有相互啮合的第一齿牙和第二齿牙,转轴靠近支撑斜杆的一端螺纹连接第一螺母。本发明支撑斜杆和支撑底板可以调整为合适的角度后进行固定,可以适用于不同高度的模板的固定且可以提高支撑稳定性。
