The invention relates to the technical field of composite beams of cable-stayed bridges, and discloses a composite beam of a railway cable-stayed bridge. The composite beam comprises a side span beambody and a middle span beam body; a composite section is arranged between the side span beam body and the middle span beam body; the composite section comprises a hollow steel box; one side of the steel box is welded with the middle span beam body; the other side of the steel box is connected with the side span beam body; the side span beam body comprises a concrete panel located above the steel box and a concrete plate located in the steel box; a shearing nail is fixedly connected to the steel box and comprises a nail shaft and a nail body; a nail plate vertically connected with the nail bodyin a sliding mode is welded to the nail shaft; a buffer layer located in the nail body is arranged below the nail plate; the nail body is located in the concrete plate; and the nail shaft is locatedin the concrete panel. The composite beam is simple in structure. According to the composite beam, an acting force borne by the concrete panel can be effectively reduced, the probability of deformation of the concrete panel can be reduced, and the service life of the combined section is prolonged.
