According to the high polymer steel bridge deck pavement structure of the invention, a high-molecular polymer concrete bridgedeck pavement material replacing a traditional asphalt-based pavement material is developed; the high-molecular polymer bridge deck pavement structure with the expected service life of more than 20 years is finally formed by verifying the performance and optimizing the design of the pavement structure of the novel material. Pavements and bridge deck pavement materials prepared by adopting polymerresin as a cementing material have the construction temperature range of 5-50 DEG C, and have the characteristics of excellent high-temperature rutting resistance, low-temperature bending resistance,fatigue resistance, excellent wear resistance, excellent water resistance, excellent aging resistance and the like.
本发明公开了一种高聚物钢桥面铺装结构,采用高分子可控聚合与拓扑合成技术,通过配伍性、力学性能、路用性能、施工和易性对比最终采用单组分高分子聚合物。确定高分子聚合物的配伍设计方案及制备工艺后制备高分子聚合物混凝土。本发明开发出替代传统沥青基铺装材料的高分子聚合物混凝土桥面铺装材料,通过对新型材料铺装结构的性能验证及设计优化,最终形成预计使用寿命可达20年以上的高分子聚合物桥面铺装结构。采用本项目聚合物树脂作为胶结材料制备的路面、桥面铺装材料,施工温度范围为5℃~50℃,具有卓越的高温耐车辙性能、低温抗弯曲性能、抗疲劳性能,以及优异的耐磨性、耐水性、耐老化性等特点。
