The invention discloses a humanized deceleration strip. The humanized deceleration strip comprises a base; a bearing box is fixed to the inner bottom of the base; the upper end of the bearing box is connected with a deceleration block through a plurality of reset springs; two sets of symmetrically-arranged self-locking mechanisms are arranged at the bottom of the deceleration block; a plurality ofsupporting columns are fixed to the bottom of the deceleration block; inserting grooves are formed in the upper end of the bearing box in a penetrating mode; the supporting columns penetrate throughthe inserting grooves and extend into the bearing box; and the bearing box is filled with non-Newtonian fluid. According to the humanized deceleration strip of the invention, the bearing box is filledwith the non-Newtonian fluid, when a vehicle quickly passes through the deceleration strip, the deceleration block drives the supporting columns to quickly move downwards to impact the non-Newtonianfluid, so that the supporting columns cannot sink into the deceleration strip and cannot move downwards due to obstruction of the deceleration strip, so that the deceleration block cannot move downwards, and the vehicle is bumped and decelerated under obstruction of the deceleration block.
