Prefabricated underground continuous wall and construction method thereof
The invention provides a prefabricated underground continuous wall and a construction method thereof. The prefabricated underground continuous wall comprises: a plurality of prefabricated wall bodies,arranged in a trench in a spacing manner; a plurality of hasp connection members, wherein two sides of two adjacent prefabricated wall bodies are respectively connected through the hasp connection members; the hasp connection members comprise mother hasps and son hasps which are disposed along a height direction of the prefabricated wall bodies; the mother hasps and the son hasps are respectivelyconnected to two adjacent prefabricated wall bodies; the mother hasps are provided with vertical socket through-slots; the widths of notches of the socket through-slots are less than the inside widths of the socket through-slots; the son hasps are arranged at the notches in a penetrating manner and are inserted into the socket through-slots; the width of one side of each son hasp is greater thanthe width of each notch; a packing material, poured into the socket through-slots and cladding the son hasps; and concrete, wherein post-cast spaces are formed between adjacent two prefabricated wallbodies and two hasp connection members thereof, and the post-cast spaces are filled with the concrete. The prefabricated underground continuous wall solves the problems that a conventional cast-in-place underground continuous wall has a relatively long construction period, low project quality and low anti-seepage performance.
本发明提供了一种预制地下连续墙及其施工方法,预制地下连续墙包括:多块预制墙体,间隔设置于沟槽内;多个搭扣连接件,相邻二预制墙体的两侧分别通过搭扣连接件连接,搭扣连接件包括沿预制墙体的高度方向设置的母扣和子扣,母扣和子扣分别连接于相邻的二预制墙体,母扣开设有竖向的承插通槽,承插通槽的槽口的宽度小于承插通槽的槽内的宽度,子扣穿设于槽口并插设于承插通槽中,子扣一侧的宽度大于槽口的宽度;密封料,灌注于承插通槽内且包覆于子扣;以及混凝土,相邻的二预制墙体及其两搭扣连接件之间形成后浇筑空间,混凝土填充于后浇筑空间内。本发明解决了常规现浇地下连续墙存在施工周期较长、工程质量不高、防渗性能不好的问题。
