The square pile mechanical connection device includes an upper pile body, an upper pile casing hoop, an upper pile end plate, a lower pile end plate, a lower pile casing hoop, a mechanical connection insert plate and a lower pile body; the upper pile casing hoop is arranged at the outer side of the upper pile body near the butt end; the upper pile end plate is fixed to the upper pile body at the butt end; the lower pile casing hoop is arranged at the lower pile body near the outer side of the butt end; the lower pile end plate is fixed to the butt end of the lower pile body; the upper pile end plate and the lower pile end plate are respectively provided with convex edge parts protruding outward relative to the casing hoop; and the outer side of the convex edge part is provided with the mechanical connection insert plate. The structure design of the square pile mechanical connection device is scientific and reasonable; when the pile connection operation is required, the upper pile end plate and the lower pile end plate are connected by a positioning pin so that the corresponding convex edge parts are aligned; and then the mechanical connection insert plate is inserted laterally into the outer sides of the convex edge parts of the two end plates in turn, and spot welding is performed as required, so that the pile connection operation is completed; and therefore, the efficiency of the pile connection operation and the bearing reliabilityare significantly improved.
