A plurality of barrel body through windows are arranged on a hammer barrel body; a barrel body vertical rib is fixedly arranged on the outer barrel surface of the hammer barrel body; a plurality of cylinder body oil holes are formed in the cylinder body of a hydraulic cylinder; the cylinder body oil holes are parallelto a cylinder body barrel cavity and are formed around the cylinder body barrel cavity; the lower ends of the cylinder body oil holes communicate with the cylinder body barrel cavity; the lower end ofa piston rod is in hinged connection to a hammer core; the cylinder body is supported to the upper end of the hammer barrel through a cylinder body swing support structure; the cylinder body swing support structure comprises a cylinder body swing shaft and a swing frame pin roll; the cylinder body is movably supported on a swing frame through the cylinder body swing shaft; the swing frame is movably supported on the cylinder body swing base through the swing frame pin roll; the cylinder body swing base is fixedly mounted at the upper end of the hammer barrel body; and a ratio of mass t of thehammer core to total mass T of the pile hammer is t/T equal to 60%-80%. The hydraulic pile hammer is high in hamming energy and frequency, is small in hammer core gas resistance, and can effectivelycompensate and eliminate lateral motion component force of the cylinder body piston.
