The invention discloses an underwater riprap device and an underwater riprap method. The underwater riprap device comprises a funnel-shaped container used for filling stone, a switch plate arranged ona discharging port in the bottom of the container in an openable and closable mode, and an opening and closing driving assembly driving the switch plate to be opened and closed on the discharging port; the first side of the switch plate is rotatably connected to one side of the discharge port, and a limiting shaft is arranged on a second side, opposite to the first side, of the switch plate; theopening and closing driving assembly comprises a linkage piece and a locking piece, wherein the locking piece is arranged on the outer wall surface of the container and can move back and forth; and the linkage piece is arranged on the outer wall face of the container and can rotate back and forth between a first position and a second position, the first end, facing the switch plate, of the linkagepiece is provided with a hook part matched with the limiting shaft, and the second end, facing the locking piece, of the linkage piece is provided with a locking part matched with the locking piece.According to the underwater riprap device, the funnel-shaped container is filled with stone for riprapping, so that accurate throwing is realized; and opening and closing of the discharging port of the container are achieved in a mechanical linkage mode, the container can be smoothly opened underwater, and reliability is high.
本发明公开了一种水下抛石装置及水下抛石方法，水下抛石装置包括用于填装石料的漏斗状容器、可开合设置在容器底部的出料口上的开关板、驱动开关板开合在出料口上的开合驱动组件；开关板以第一侧可转动连接在出料口的一侧；开关板的与其第一侧相对的第二侧设有限位轴；开合驱动组件包括连动件以及锁合件；锁合件设置在容器的外壁面上并可来回移动；连动件设置在容器的外壁面并可在第一位置和第二位置之间来回转动，连动件朝向开关板的第一端设有与限位轴配合的勾部，连动件朝向锁合件的第二端设有与锁合件配合的锁合部。本发明以漏斗状的容器填装石料进行抛石，实现精确投放；以机械连动方式实现容器出料口的开合，能够在水下顺利开启，可靠性高。
