The invention discloses a horizontal displacement monitoring device for the top of a deep foundation pit supporting and protecting structure. Reflecting plates are mounted on the side wall of one sideof a supporting and protecting plate; placing a base on the ground; fixedly connected to the lower surface of the base with four groups of supporting feet; a mounting rod is mounted on the upper surface of the base; mounting a laser range finder on the mounting rod; arranging a driving mechanism used for driving the mounting rod to rotate is arranged on the base; an adjustment mechanism which isused for facilitating adjustment of the level of the laser range finder is arranged between the mounting rod and the laser range finder; an adjustment piece which is used for facilitating the adjustment of each reflecting plate and is arranged vertically is arranged between the supporting and protecting plate and the corresponding reflecting plate; the laser range finder is mounted on the mountingrod; the angle between the each of the reflecting plates and the supporting and protecting plate is adjusted; the reflecting plates are in a vertical state under the action of the adjustment pieces;the driving mechanism drives the mounting rod to rotate through the driving mechanism; and the mounting rod drives the laser range finder to move; and the laser range finder is perpendicular to each of the reflecting plates after rotating, which facilitates real-time monitoring of the horizontal displacement of the supporting and protecting plate by an operator.
