The invention provides a water injection control system and a water injection control method, so that a water station can supply water for a water station with a water supply system failure in winter.The water injection control system structurally comprises a water filtering device, a sterilizing device and a water purification box which are sequentially connected in series through water supply pipelines; and the water purification box is provided with a water supply connector required for connecting with a pipeline of a water supply tank of a water station. The water injection control systemalso comprises a controller and an anti-freezing water injection pipeline; a water outlet of the anti-freezing water injection pipeline is connected with a water inlet of the water filtering device;the anti-freezing water injection pipeline comprises a first water injection solenoid valve, a tee joint and a second water injection solenoid valve which are sequentially connected in series throughpipelines; a first connector and a second connector of the tee joint are correspondingly connected with the first water injection solenoid valve and the second water injection solenoid valve; a thirdconnector of the tee joint is connected with a water discharge electromagnetic valve; and the first water injection solenoid valve, the second water injection solenoid valve and the water discharge solenoid valve are correspondingly electrically connected with the controller. The water injection pipeline is not prone to freezing in winter.
本发明提供了一种注水控制系统及方法，以便于冬季水站能够为供水系统发生故障的水站供水，其结构包括：通过供水管路依次串联连接的：滤水装置、杀菌装置和净水箱；所述净水箱设置有用于与水站供水水罐管路连接所需的供水接口；还包括：控制器和防冻结注水管路；所述防冻结注水管路的出水口与所述滤水装置的进水口相连接；所述防冻结注水管路包括通过管路依次串联连接的第一注水电磁阀、三通和第二注水电磁阀，所述三通的第一接口和第二接口用于分别与所述第一注水电磁阀和第二注水电磁阀相连接；所述三通的第三接口连接有泄水电磁阀；所述第一注水电磁阀、第二注水电磁阀和泄水电磁阀分别与所述控制器电连接。本发明冬季注水管路不易发生冻结。
