The cast-in-place concrete built-in thermal insulation wall structure comprises an inner wall layer, an outer wall layer, a thermal insulation layer between the innerwall layer and the outer wall layer, and a plurality of rod bodies penetrating through the inner wall layer, the thermal insulation layer and the outer wall layer; the rod bodies are sleeved with rodsleeves; the rod sleeves are sleeved with first limiting pieces and second limiting pieces; the thermal insulation layer is located between the first limiting pieces and the second limiting pieces; first end pieces are arranged at one ends of the rod sleeves; the rod bodies passes through the first end pieces; the rod bodies are sleeved with second end pieces; the two opposite sides of the secondend pieces are connected with third limiting pieces through connecting pieces; the two ends of the first end pieces are positioned between the second end pieces and the third limiting pieces; steel wire mesh pieces are arranged in the outer wall layer; and the first end pieces and the second end pieces are correspondingly positioned on the two sides of the steel wire mesh pieces. The first end pieces and the second end pieces fix the steel wire mesh pieces, and after pouring, the steel wire mesh pieces are located in the outer wall layer, so that the firmness of the combination between the outer wall layer and the thermal insulation layer is improved.
