The supporting system has the beneficial effects of being safe, stable, low in manufacturing cost and high inefficiency.
本发明涉及建筑施工领域,旨在解决现有筒仓仓顶施工的施工方式消耗钢管等材料较多,且搭设耗时耗力的问题,提供筒仓仓顶钢管桁架支撑体系及其支设方法。筒仓仓顶钢管桁架支撑体系中,花篮架为连接于钢管桁架下端中间位置的钢管架结构;支撑杆下端固定于预埋在筒仓内侧壁内的位于上预埋件之下的下预埋件,并倾斜向上延伸至支撑于钢管桁架的下弦杆,且支撑点位于钢管桁架的外周和花篮架的外周之间;螺纹拉杆上端连接于爬升杆、并倾斜向下连接于花篮架下端的外周处;支撑杆和螺纹拉杆呈交叉为X形的位置关系,以将钢管桁架和花篮架组合成的整体以上拉下撑方式固定于筒仓内。本发明的有益效果是安全稳定、制作成本低、效率高。
