The invention relates to the field of buildings and aims to solve the problem that the maintenance working efficiency of constructional columns of outer rings of a high-rise building is low. The invention provides a building spraying system attached to a lifting scaffold. The system comprises an annular water pipe attached to the lifting scaffold and the annular water pipe surrounds the peripheryof the building by a circle; a water source port is arranged on the annular water pipe and is connected to a construction water supply pipe of a main building of the building; and a plurality of wateroutlet pipes are distributed on the annular water pipe in the circumferential direction of the annular water pipe, and spray heads are arranged on the water outlet pipes. The system has the beneficial effect of improving the spraying efficiency greatly as the system can lift to a needed position vertically to the needed position to spray water in a concrete building construction process or afterconstruction is completed.
