The invention discloses an indoor substation building method. The method comprises the steps that according to an indoor substation design drawing, the type, the number and the size of substation fabrication structures are customized; building foundation engineering, equipment foundation engineering and cable duct construction are carried out on a work face in a construction area at the same time;after the building foundation engineering is finished, configuration structure lifting is carried out, and substation main body engineering building is finished; after the equipment foundation engineering is finished, substation equipment lifting is carried out, and a complete substation power generation and distribution structure is built; after the cable duct construction is finished, accordingto the substation design drawing, a cable support mounting procedure is developed; a cable paving procedure is executed to build a complete substation cable line; and substation charged trial operation is developed, and overhauling and adjusting are carried out for problems appearing in trial running. A fabrication type structure is used for reducing the site pouring work, the substation construction building flow is simplified, and the substation building efficiency can be effectively improved.
本发明公开了一种户内变电站建设方法,所述方法包括:根据户内变电站设计图定制变电站装配式结构的类型、数量及尺寸;在施工区域内的工作面上同时进行建筑基础工程、设备基础工程和电缆沟施工;在完成建筑基础工程后,进行装配置结构吊装,以完成变电站主体工程建设;在完成设备基础工程后,进行变电站设备吊装,以构建完整的变电站发配电结构;在完成电缆沟施工后,根据变电站设计图开展电缆支架安装工序;执行电缆敷设工序搭建完整的变电站电缆线路;开展变电站带电试运行,针对试运行所出现的问题进行检修和调整。本发明利用装配式结构减少现场浇筑作业,简化了变电站施工建设流程,能够有效提高变电站建设效率。
