The enclosure device comprises a base, a supporting part and an enclosure part, wherein the base is internally provided with a water tank, the supporting part is located above the base and used for surrounding the concrete to be cut, the supporting part comprises first supporting pieces, second supportingpieces and third supporting pieces, one end of each third supporting piece is detachably connected with each first supporting piece, and the other end of each third supporting piece is detachably connected with each second supporting piece; one end of the enclosure part is connected with the base, the other end of the enclosure part is connected with the supporting part, the enclosure part extendsalong the base and the supporting part to form a cover-like structure to enclose the supporting part and the base in the enclosure part, and the inner wall of the enclosure part communicates with thewater tank. The enclosure device is simple in structure, convenient to assemble and disassemble and transfer, high in repeated utilization rate, capable of matching a cutting process and clearing sewage generated in the cutting process in time, and beneficial to improvement of the safe and civilized construction level of a construction site. In addition, the application construction method of theenclosure device is simple in steps, flexible in operation and suitable for popularization and application.
