An insertion rod is fixed to the side wall of the movable block. A clamping groove is formed in the side wall of the insertion rod. A penetration hole is formed in the side wall of the fixed box in a through manner. The insertion rod penetrates through the insertion hole and extends into the fixed block. A rotary barrel is rotationally connected with the side wall ofthe fixed box. A driven gear is fixed to the side wall of the rotary barrel. A limiting groove is formed in the side wall of the driven gear in a through manner. Multiple limiting blocks are evenly distributed inside the limiting groove.
