Photovoltaic module fastener and BIPV system
The invention discloses a photovoltaic module fastener and a BIPV system. The photovoltaic module fastener comprises a support, two V-shaped clamping plates, a supporting block and bolts. The supportcomprises a flat plate and vertical plates arranged on the two sides of the bottom of the flat plate respectively. The bottom faces of the two ends of the flat plate are used for making contact with the upper surface of a photovoltaic module. The two V-shaped clamping plates are transversely arranged on the inner sides of the two vertical plates respectively and hinged to the vertical plates. Openings of the V-shaped clamping plates are oppositely formed. The bolts are sequentially in threaded connection with the flat plate and the supporting block. By means of the fastener, the photovoltaic module can be installed by selecting conventional angle-type color steel tiles, so that cost is low, and applicability is high; and in addition, in the installing process, the fastener and the photovoltaic module can be fixed by screwing the bolts, so that installation is convenient and fast.
本发明公开了一种光伏组件紧固件及BIPV系统,包括,支座、两块V型夹板、撑块和螺栓;支座包括平板和分别设置在平板底部两侧的竖板,平板两端的底面用于与光伏组件的上表面接触;两块V型夹板分别横置在两块竖板内侧,且与竖板铰接,V型夹板的开口相对设置;螺栓依次与平板和撑块螺纹连接。通过该紧固件,选用常规的角驰型彩钢瓦即可满足光伏组件的安装,因此成本较低,适用性较强,而且在安装时,通过旋拧螺栓,即可实现紧固件的固定和光伏组件的固定,因此安装较为便捷。
