The invention relates to the technical field of curved-surface cover plate production, and particularly discloses a cover plate hot-bending and protective forming process. The over plate hot-bending and protective forming process comprises the following steps: coating printing ink on a cover plate part to form a printing ink protective layer; placing the cover plate part coated with the printing ink protective layer into a hot-bending mould, utilizing hot-bending equipment to treat the hot-bending mould for enabling the cover plate part in the hot-bending mould to form a curved-surface protective cover plate; and cleaning the printing ink protective layer on the curved-surface protective cover plate, and enabling the curved-surface protective cover plate to form a curved-surface cover plate. Through protection, in a cover plate hot-bending forming process, of the printing ink protective layer, pressing marks, stamping marks and surface spots formed by extruding the cover plate via thehot-bending mould are reduced, scratches formed by cover plate exposing are reduced, a producing manufacturing yield of the curved-surface cover plate is increased, and producing manufacturing cost ofthe curved-surface cover plate is reduced.
本发明涉及曲面盖板生产技术领域，尤其公开了一种盖板热弯防护成型工艺，将油墨涂设在盖板板件上形成油墨防护层；将涂设有油墨防护层的盖板板件放入热弯模具中，利用热弯设备对热弯模具进行处理以使得热弯模具内的盖板板件成为曲面防护盖板；清洗掉曲面防护盖板上的油墨防护层，使得曲面防护盖板成为曲面盖板；经由油墨防护层对盖板热弯成型过程中的防护，减少热弯模具对盖板挤压所形成的压印、模印、表面麻点，并减少盖板裸露形成的刮伤，提升曲面盖板的生产制造良率，降低曲面盖板的生产制造成本。
