The invention discloses an online spraying double-side roughening device for a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) geomembrane. The geomembrane comprises a first spraying surface and a second spraying surface opposite to the first spraying surface. The device comprises a supporting unit, a spraying unit and a feeding unit; the geomembrane can slide along the supporting unit by the aid of the first spraying surface or the second spraying surface; the spraying unit is arranged on the supporting unit; when the geomembrane slides along the supporting unit, the first spraying surface and/or the secondspraying surface can be sprayed by the spraying unit; and the feeding unit is used for conveying materials to the spraying unit. When the geomembrane slides on the supporting unit, spraying processing can be performed on the first spraying surface, and meanwhile, spraying processing can be performed on the second spraying surface, so that online double-layer spraying roughening of the geomembranecan be realized, the technological process is simplified, and the processing time is shortened.
