The invention provides a preparation method of an epoxy modified cold patch asphalt mixture. The epoxy modified cold patch asphalt mixture is composed of a component A and a component B. The componentA is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of stone and 6-10 parts of cold patch asphalt. The cold patch asphalt is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 11%-23% of diesel oil, 2%-4% of polyamide, 2%-3% of ethyl cyanoacetate and 73%-82% of road petroleum asphalt. The component B is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15-40 parts of diesel oil, 5-8 parts of arene-rich separated oil, 6-8 parts of paraformaldehyde and 44-70 parts of epoxy resin. The cold patch asphalt mixture is convenient to store, excellentin construction workability and low in cost, meanwhile, the high-temperature performance, the adhesion performance, the water damage resistance and the fatigue performance of the cold patch asphalt mixture are improved, the pavement performance of the asphalt mixture is remarkably improved, construction is facilitated, and the driving comfort of a repaired pavement is improved.
