Anti-crack waterproof recycled concrete is disclosed. Each cubic meter of premixed concrete is prepared from the following raw materials: sodium silicate, asphalt, cement, first yellow sand, second yellow sand, natural stones, recycled coarse aggregate, fly ash, mineral powder and water. A preparation method of the anti-crack waterproof recycled concrete comprises the following steps: (1) weighingmaterials according to a mixing ratio; 2) stirring the asphalt, the cement, the first yellow sand, the second yellow sand, the fly ash and the mineral powder for 37-45s; then adding the natural stones and the recycled coarse aggregate, and performing stirring for 15-30s; (3) dissolving the sodium silicate with part of the mixing water, and (4) pouring the sodium silicate solution and the remaining mixing water into a stirrer together, continuously stirring for 4 minutes, and taking a mixture out of the stirrer. The anti-crack waterproof recycled concrete has improved crack resistance and waterproof performance.
一种抗裂防水再生混凝土，每立方预拌混凝土的原料组成：硅酸钠，沥青，水泥、第一黄砂、第二黄砂、天然石子、再生粗骨料、粉煤灰、矿粉、水。一种抗裂防水再生混凝土的制备方法，包括以下步骤：1)按照配合比称量；2)将沥青，水泥、第一黄砂、第二黄砂、粉煤灰、矿粉搅拌37‑45s；然后放入天然石子、再生粗骨料，搅拌15‑30s；3)用部分拌合水溶解硅酸钠；4)将硅酸钠溶液与剩余的拌合水一起倒入搅拌机中，继续搅拌4min出搅拌机。本发明提高混凝土抗裂能力及防水性能。
