Refractory and heat-insulating ladle castable
The invention relates to the technical field of ladle castables, in particular to a refractory and heat-insulating ladle castable which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 60-90%of aggregate, 0-10% of a binding agent, 0-5% of a dispersing agent and 0-5% of a water reducing agent, wherein the aggregate is composed of flint clay, mullite and silicon carbide; the binding agentis one or more of refractory cement, pure aluminate cement and refractory clay; the dispersing agent is one or more of sodium tripolyphosphate, sodium hexametaphosphate, sodium citrate and nano aluminum oxide; and the water reducing agent is composed of one or more of ethyl acetate and nano silicon dioxide. A proper amount of the silicon carbide and the flint clay are added into the ladle castable, so that the high temperature resistance of a ladle is improved, the service lifetime of the ladle is prolonged, and molten iron is prevented from adhering to the ladle.
本发明涉及铁水包浇注料技术领域,尤其涉及一种耐火保温的铁水包浇注料,其组分按质量百分比如下:集料60~90%,结合剂0~10%,分散剂0~5%,减水剂0~5%;其中,所述集料由焦宝石、莫来石和碳化硅组成;所述结合剂由耐火水泥、纯铝酸盐水泥和耐火粘土中的一种或几种组成;所述分散剂由三聚磷酸钠、六偏磷酸钠、柠檬酸钠、纳米氧化铝中的一种或几种组成;所述减水剂由乙酸乙酯、纳米二氧化硅中的一种或几种组成。本发明在铁水包浇注料中加入适量的碳化硅和焦宝石,从而提高铁水包的耐高温性和寿命,并防止铁水粘包。
