The invention provides an environment-friendly heat-preservation waterproof roll for a roof and a preparation method thereof. The waterproof roll comprises a base material layer, a foaming resin layer, an aluminum-plastic film layer, a butyl rubber bonding layer and a release film layer. The raw material of the base material layer is a warp-knitted para-aramid fiber fabric. In the process of preparation, the warp-knitted para-aramid fiber fabric is subjected to gum dipping and stretching treatment, so excellent mechanical properties are obtained; besides, the preparation process of foaming resin is improved, and the apparent density of an obtained polyethylene foamed sheet is 35-40 kg/cm<3>, and the thickness of the obtained polyethylene foamed sheet is 5-10 mm; a formula of the butyl rubber bonding layer is improved; and thus, the finally-prepared heat-preservation waterproof roll for the roof is capable of preserving heat and insulating heat, good in ageing resistance, excellent in water resistance and permeation resistance and suitable for being used on outdoor roofs.
本发明提供一种环保型屋面保温防水卷材及其制备方法，该种防水卷材包括基材层、发泡树脂层、铝塑膜层、丁基橡胶粘结层和离型膜层；这种基材层的原料为经编对位芳纶纤维织物，在制备过程中，通过将经编后的对位芳纶纤维织物进行浸胶拉伸处理，力学性能优异；另外，本发明对发泡树脂制备工艺进行了改进，得到的聚乙烯发泡片材，表观密度为35‑40kg/cm3，厚度为5‑10mm，结合对丁基橡胶粘结层的配方改进，最终制得的屋面保温防水卷材，不仅保温隔热，而且耐老化性能好，耐水防渗透性能优异，适合室外屋面使用。
