The invention relates to the technical field of concrete member reinforcement preparation, and relates to a bonding anchor type steel-clad reinforcing bonding material and a reinforcing construction method. The bonding material comprises the following components in parts by mass: 100-150 parts of epoxy resin, 30-46 parts of acrylic resin emulsion, 20-30 parts of a silane coupling agent, 45-65 parts of a filler, 20-30 parts of a curing agent and 10-15 parts of a toughening agent. The binding material is used for construction, and the construction method comprises the following steps: S1, pretreating the surface of a concrete member; S2, positioning and paying off; S3, presetting bolt holes; S4, performing auxiliary reinforcement with anchoring parts; S5, carrying out sealing treatment; S6,pouring a bonding material; and S7, performing maintenance and quality inspection. The bonding material has good waterproof performance and bonding strength, and the reinforcing effect of the bondingmaterial on a reinforcing steel plate and a concrete member can be prolonged.
