The invention relates to a roadbed reinforcing method for restraining soil slippage through continuous lateral confinement. The roadbed reinforcing method comprises the steps that 1, tie bar machiningis performed; a tie bar is processed by a hot-rolled ribbed steel bar, a bolt sleeve is connected and lengthened, and a tool type impact head is arranged at a front end of the tie bar during laying;2, the tie bars are impacted and laid; a horizontal spacing of the tie bars is 4-6m or is calculated and determined according to lateral pressure of roadbed soil which can be resisted by combining tiebar tensioning and fastening with a side limiting wall; 3, a side limiting wall is constructed; high-fill roadbed side limiting walls are arranged according to the number of tie bars, the roadbed isreinforced according to one tie bar and is arranged conventionally, and more than two tie bars can be arranged in a layered mode and can also be arranged in a whole-width mode; 4, the tie bars are tensioned and fastened; a waterproof coating of an anchoring section needs to be removed before a through-wall tie bar is tensioned; and 5, a working well is built. The tie bars are arranged in the soilroadbed, roadbed soil is transversely restrained by applying a fastening force, lateral sliding of deep roadbed soil due to shear failure is effectively prevented, and a road bearing capacity is obviously improved.
