The arc-shaped steel plates are pre-buried in the concrete bridge tower; at least one end of the arc-shaped steel plate extends out of the concrete bridge tower; the extending ends of the two arc-shaped steel plates correspond to each other, two connecting steel plates are arranged between the ends of the arc-shaped steel plates, the arc-shaped steel plates and the connecting steel plates define a box-shaped structure, the ends, located onthe side of the concrete bridge tower, of the connecting steel plates are connected with anchor bearing plates, and the anchor bearing plates are used for anchoring stay cables. The anchoring structure is hoisted to be arranged on the concrete bridge tower and connected with the concrete bridge tower in a cast-in-place mode. The space for internal welding does not need to be reserved, the transverse size of the anchoring structure can be reduced, the steel consumption of the anchoring structure is reduced, the transverse size of the concrete bridge tower is greatly reduced, and the appearanceof the concrete bridge tower is lighter and more attractive.
