The invention discloses a box girder formwork construction method for municipal road and bridge buildings. The method comprises the steps that S1, a circulating air pump is started; S2, a refrigeration semiconductor is started; S3, the air suction pipe sucks air in the negative pressure cavity, and the air conveying pipe provides cold air for the interior of the negative pressure cavity; S4, the cold air cools an inner mold of the box girder, transmitted cold energy cools concrete, negative pressure is generated in a negative pressure cavity, a shaking spring shakes under the action of negative air suction force, the shaking spring which shakes stirs the concrete, bubbles rapidly swim and get close to a negative suction small hole and a shaking opening while the cold energy is transmitted,and then the bubbles are sucked away; and S5, the concrete generates pressure on the box girder side formworks on the two sides, the pressure is evenly transmitted to a first arc-shaped rod and a second arc-shaped rod through the different-angle force transmission rods, and the first arc-shaped rod and the second arc-shaped rod interact, extrude and react on the different-angle force transmissionrods to support the box girder side formworks. The method is suitable for municipal road and bridge building construction.
