The invention provides a near-rail sound barrier. The near-rail sound barrier comprises a base and a plurality of first acoustic modules installed on the base. Each first acoustic module comprises a first perforated plate and a sound absorption structure which are connected in a stacked mode; a plurality of resonant cavities with different depths are formed in the sound absorption structure, and all the resonant cavities face the first perforated plate. According to the invention, the Helmholtz resonance sound absorption principle is utilized, the combination of a plurality of resonant cavities with different depths is adopted, the low and medium frequency broadband sound absorption is effectively realized, and particularly, the symmetrical L-shaped resonant cavity structure is adopted, sothat the requirement of the structure on the space is obviously reduced, and the structure is more compact; meanwhile, the hole diameter of the first penetrating plate and the depth of the resonant cavity can be flexibly designed and adjusted according to the performance requirements of different scenes; and the barrier can match a traditional sound absorption material for use, so that the soundabsorption requirements of high, medium and low frequencies are met, and the optimal application effect is achieved.
