The invention discloses a mounting structure for a highway safety guardrail and a mounting method thereof. The mounting structure comprises a guardrail assembly and a stand column assembly, and the guardrail assembly is installed on the outer wall of the stand column assembly. Under the condition of dim light, the advancing direction of a vehicle can be illuminated through the lamp tube, and the situation that driving safety is affected due to poor light is avoided. According to the mounting structure of the highway safety guardrail, when a vehicle is out of control and collides with the frontguardrail structure, the out-of-control vehicle can be buffered for the first time by utilizing the elastic buffer belt, the impact force is prevented from directly acting on the guardrail to damagethe guardrail, the gasket on the anti-collision column can be used for carrying out secondary buffer on the out-of-control vehicle, meanwhile, the out-of-control headstock can be deflected through therotary drum and the vehicle can be changed to be in the right direction; meanwhile, when the front guardrail structure is broken due to excessive impact force, the rear guardrail structure can be utilized to play a role in blocking and buffering again, casualties caused by the fact that a vehicle easily breaks through the front guardrail structure and falls into a river or a slope after collidingwith the front guardrail structure are avoided, and the safety coefficient of the guardrail is also improved.
