The invention relates to the technical field of bridge safety protection, and particularly relates to a prefabricated assembly type pier intelligent anti-collision air bag device which comprises a radar ranging device, an alarm device, a signal transmission device, an anti-collision device mounting base and an anti-collision device unit assembly. The anti-collision device unit assembly is in a hidden state in a normal state, is small in size, does not occupy areas of a navigation channel and a road and is attractive in appearance. When collision occurs, air is automatically and quickly inflated according to a dangerous signal, a pier is surrounded and protected in all directions, and a principle of ''three non-damage''of bridge collision is met; and when the device is impacted and damaged,the device can be quickly replaced. According to the device, a radar is used for monitoring a distance and sending signals, an automatic control function is achieved, an active prevention function isachieved through an alarm device, multi-stage loss of impact energy is achieved through the anti-collision installation base and the anti-collision device unit assembly, and three-layer protection ofthe bridge pier, the anti-collision air bag device, the vehicle and the ship is achieved.
本发明涉及桥梁安全防护技术领域,尤指一种预制拼装式桥墩智能防撞气囊装置,包括雷达测距装置、报警装置、信号传递装置、防撞装置安装基座以及防撞装置单元组件。防撞装置单元组件在常态下处于隐蔽状态,体积小,不占用航道及道路面积,且外表美观。撞击发生时,根据危险信号自动快速充气,对桥墩全方位包围保护作用,满足桥梁撞击“三不坏”原则;当装置遭受撞击发生损坏后,可快速进行更换。本装置通过雷达监测距离并发送信号,实现自动控制功能,通过报警装置实现主动预防功能,通过防撞安装基座以及防撞装置单元组件实现对撞击能量的多级耗损,达到对桥墩、防撞气囊装置以及车船的三层保护。
