The invention discloses a device for assisting an out-of-control vehicle to be forcibly parked at a road corner. The device comprises a road corner; a positioning plate is fixed at the corner of theroad corner; sliding holes are symmetrically formed in the upper surface of the positioning plate; collision mechanisms are mounted on the inner walls of the two sliding holes in a sliding manner; a cushioning mechanism is fixed at the bottom of the positioning plate; the collision mechanism comprises a compressor body, a first compression rod, a second compression rod, a second rotating column, aboss, a first rotating column, a linear groove, a collision ring, a collision frame, a guide wheel, a wheel groove, a positioning rod, an elastic piston rod and a flexible spring piece; the compressor body is arranged on the upper surface of the positioning plate; a first compression rod and a second compression rod are symmetrically fixed to the bottom of the compressor body. When a vehicle is too high in speed and cannot smoothly pass through a large corner, the device can directly collide with the collision mechanisms and matches the cushioning mechanism to absorb kinetic energy of the vehicle, the damage to the vehicle body can be reduced as much as possible while the speed reduction effect is achieved, and the road safety is improved.
