The device comprises a road corner; a positioning plate is fixed at the corner of theroad corner; sliding holes are symmetrically formed in the upper surface of the positioning plate; collision mechanisms are mounted on the inner walls of the two sliding holes in a sliding manner; a cushioning mechanism is fixed at the bottom of the positioning plate; the collision mechanism comprises a compressor body, a first compression rod, a second compression rod, a second rotating column, aboss, a first rotating column, a linear groove, a collision ring, a collision frame, a guide wheel, a wheel groove, a positioning rod, an elastic piston rod and a flexible spring piece; the compressor body is arranged on the upper surface of the positioning plate; a first compression rod and a second compression rod are symmetrically fixed to the bottom of the compressor body.
