The invention discloses a concrete transportation construction method for a deep foundation ditch up-down synchronous total reverse construction method. The method includes the following steps of (1)a concrete pouring double-line confluence construction procedure of a reverse beam board, and (2) a concrete pouring construction procedure of a column, a shear wall, a lining wall and other rear parts. According to the method, concrete is discharged from the first layer to a construction top layer, the concrete is transferred above a pouring point through a little-quantity concrete mixing carrierwhich is modified from a self-dumping three-wheel vehicle, and the concrete is poured to the pouring point through a funnel and a flexible pipe, so that the problem of transportation and segregationof high-grade concrete for the rear parts and beam column joints under the condition of reverse construction method characteristics are solved. Under negative third floor, a concrete delivery pump isadopted to descend to a foundation ditch from a reserved object hoisting hole, concrete is directly discharged above a pouring layer from the first layer, a pressure relief device and an inclined chute are used for transferring the concrete to a delivery pump hopper, and then the concrete delivery pump and a pump pipe are used for pouring the concrete to a pouring point, so that the problem of transportation and segregation of concrete for floors in a basement, a base board and a beam board is solved, concrete construction quality is guaranteed, the labor is saved, and engineering constructionschedule is accelerated.
