The drainage device for the garden ecological landscaping pool comprises a lower drainage opening formed in the bottom of a pool wall and a control panel movably arranged on the pool wall and used for controlling opening and closing of the lower drainage opening. The density of the control panel is larger than that of water, the top end of thecontrol panel is connected with a buoyancy plate through a traction rope and connected to the bottom of the buoyancy plate, and the buoyancy plate drives the control panel to move upwards along withrising of the water level so as to open the lower drainage opening for drainage. The wall of the landscaping pool is further provided with an upper drainage opening which is formed in the upper end ofthe lower drainage opening, the hole diameter of the upper drainage opening is larger than that of the lower drainage opening, and the buoyancy plate is movably arranged at the front end of the upperdrainage opening and controls opening and closing of the upper drainage opening. Blockage of drainage caused by sundries on the water surface in the drainage process is improved.
