Inverted siphon pipe flushing device and method
The invention provides an inverted siphon pipe flushing device and method. The device comprises an upstream inverted siphon well connected with a sewage inlet pipe and a downstream inverted siphon well connected with a sewage outlet pipe. The upstream inverted siphon well comprises an upstream water inlet chamber connected with the sewage inlet pipe and at least two upstream water outlet chambersrespectively connected with the upstream water inlet chamber; and each upstream water outlet chamber is internally provided with a flushing submersible pump, and the water outlet end of each flushingsubmersible pump is arranged in any other upstream water outlet chamber except the upstream water outlet chamber where the flushing submersible pump is located. The downstream inverted siphon well comprises a downstream water outlet chamber connected with the sewage water outlet pipe and at least two downstream water inlet chambers respectively connected with the downstream water outlet chamber; and the number of the upstream water outlet chambers is the same as that of the downstream water inlet chambers, and each upstream water outlet chamber communicates with one downstream water inlet chamber through an inverted siphon pipe. By means of the device, the problems of insufficiency of flushing water heads, overflow of upstream sewage caused by high difference water storage of an upstream sewage pipeline and the like during cleaning of an existing inverted siphon system can be solved.
本发明提供一种倒虹管冲洗装置及方法,包括:与污水进水管连接的上游倒虹井和与污水出水管连接的下游倒虹井,其中,上游倒虹井包括与污水进水管连接的上游进水室和分别与上游进水室连接的至少两个上游出水室;在每个上游出水室内分别设置有冲洗潜水泵,冲洗潜水泵的出水端设置在除其所在的上游出水室外的其它任一上游出水室内;下游倒虹井包括与污水出水管连接的下游出水室和分别与下游出水室连接的至少两个下游进水室;上游出水室与下游进水室的个数相同,且每个上游出水室均通过倒虹管与一个下游进水室连通。利用本发明,能够解决目前的倒虹系统清洗时,存在冲洗水头不足和利用上游污水管道高差蓄水易导致上游污水溢出等问题。
