Reinforcing mechanism for connecting elevator shaft and house building
The invention discloses a reinforcing mechanism for connecting an elevator shaft and a house building, and relates to the technical field of additional elevator equipping of existing buildings. The reinforcing mechanism comprises a corridor, one end of the corridor is fixedly connected with the elevator shaft, and a connecting steel plate is arranged on one side of the other end of the corridor; one end of the connecting steel plate is fixedly connected with the corridor, the other end of the connecting steel plate is connected with a ring beam of the house building, and the corridor is in clearance fit with the house ring beam; and a plurality of long holes are formed in the end, close to the house ring beam, of the connecting steel plate, and a fastener for connecting the corresponding end of the connecting steel plate to the house ring beam is arranged in each long hole. When uneven settlement occurs, the connecting steel plate deforms to release stress, so that the elevator shaft and the house ring beam are protected; and in addition, when the uneven settlement is increased, relative friction can occur between the connecting steel plate and the house ring beam, the bolts slidein the long holes, the connecting steel plate is prevented from pulling off. In this way, according to the reinforcing mechanism, displacement caused by uneven settlement is better made up, and the connecting steel plate is not prone to breaking.
本发明公开了一种用于连接电梯井道与房屋建筑的加强机构,涉及既有建筑加装电梯技术领域;其包括一连廊,连廊一端与电梯井道固定连接,连廊另一端的一侧设有连接钢板;连接钢板一端和连廊固定连接,连接钢板的另一端与房屋建筑物的圈梁连接,连廊和房屋圈梁之间间隙配合,连接钢板靠近房屋圈梁的一端设有若干长孔,长孔内穿过有用于将连接钢板对应端连接在房屋圈梁上的紧固件。不均匀沉降发生时,连接钢板会发生形变从而释放应力,保护了电梯井道和房屋圈梁,另外当不均匀沉降加大的时候,连接钢板和房屋圈梁之间会发生相对摩擦,螺栓在长孔内滑动,防止连接钢板被拉断,综上本发明很好的弥补了不均匀沉降引起的位移,连接钢板不容易断裂。
