Multi-stable nonlinear energy trap device
The invention relates to a multi-stable nonlinear energy trap device. The device comprises a base bearing plate (1), a linear guide rail (2), an oscillator supporting plate (5) and a linear bearing (3) which are connected with an external main structure, and an oscillator (11) is connected with the oscillator supporting plate (5) through bolts; a pair of original long tension-compression long springs k1 (6) with long guide pipes (7) and a pair of original long tension-compression short springs k2 (8) with short guide pipes (9) are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the oscillator (11)in the direction perpendicular to the linear guide rails (2); the lengths of the two pairs of springs at the balance position are different, and the included angles between the two pairs of springs and the oscillator are also different; and meanwhile, the two ends of an magnetorheological damper (4) are connected with the oscillator (11) and a baffle (12) through pin shafts (10) respectively. Compared with an existing nonlinear energy trap damping device, the structure has the advantages of being wider in vibration absorption frequency, better in robustness, better in energy consumption effectand the like.
