The regenerated rubber limiting block is arranged on a building of the friction sliding shock insulation layer, under the action of an earthquake with the angle being 8 degrees or above, the floor shear force and interlayer displacement of an upper structure are reduced, and the displacement of the shock insulation layer does not exceed a reserved self-sliding section.
