Diatom ooze wood-plastic wallboard and manufacturing method thereof
The invention discloses a diatom ooze wood-plastic wallboard and a manufacturing method thereof, and relates to the field of wood-plastic wallboards. The diatom ooze wood-plastic wallboard comprises afirst base plate, wherein the top end of the first base plate is provided with a keel; and one side of the keel is connected to a soundproof mat. According to the diatom ooze wood-plastic wallboard disclosed by the invention, a second base plate, a mounting bolt, a threaded hole, varnish, a first putty layer, a second putty layer, a diatom ooze housing and a facing are arranged. The outer side ofthe wood-plastic board is coated with the diatom ooze housing, so that environment friendliness of the wood-plastic wallboard is more beneficial; diatom minerals inside the diatom ooze housing are porous materials with micro-level pore canals, and surfaces of particles of the porous materials are provided with a plurality of small holes which are regularly and neatly arranged into a shape of a circle and a needle; the number of the small holes in unit area is greater than that of wood charcoal by thousands of times; and the molecular sieve structure has extremely strong physical absorption performance and ion exchange performance, further can slowly and continuously release negative oxygen ions, and can decompose harmful cancerogenic substances such as formaldehyde, benzene and radon gas.
本发明公开了一种硅藻泥木塑墙板及其制备方法,涉及木塑墙板领域,包括第一基板,所述第一基板的顶端设置有龙骨,且龙骨的一侧连接有隔音垫。本发明通过设置的第二基板、安装螺栓、螺纹孔、清漆、第一腻子层、第二腻子层、硅藻泥外壳和饰面,实现了在木塑板的外侧涂刷硅藻泥外壳,从而使得木塑墙板的环保性能更加有益,硅藻泥外壳内部的硅藻矿物是一种孔道大小为微米级的多孔材料,其粒子表面具有无数微小的孔穴,规则、整齐地排列成圆形和针形,单位面积上的微细孔数量比木炭还要多出数千倍,这种分子筛结构,使其具有了极强的物理吸附性能和离子交换性能,它还能够缓慢持续释放负氧离子,能分解甲醛、苯、氡气等有害致癌物质。
