The invention relates to an environment-friendly building external wall decorative board and an installation method thereof. The decorative board comprises fixed frames, a positioning device and a board body. The fixed frame is installed to a skeleton through screws. The fixed frame is of an L-shaped structure. A reinforcing plate is installed between the upper ends of the fixed frames and the skeleton. The number of the fixed frames is two. Each fixed frame is provided with a positioning device. The board body is installed between the positioning devices and the right end of the positioning frame. During installation of an existing external wall decorative board, the installation effect is poor, and installation and detachment are inconvenient to carry out; because gaps between installedboards tend to be large, rainwater can easily seep into the boards, and the follow-up service life of the boards is affected; and when the existing external wall decorative boards are in use, the boards are poor in using effect and low in protection performance, decorative layers of the boards are prone to being broken, broken boards are prone to falling off, and the safety during usage is affected, and so on. However, with the environment-friendly building external wall decorative board and the installation method thereof, the problems mentioned above can be solved.

本发明涉及一种环保型建筑外墙装饰板材及其安装方法，包括固定架、定位装置和板材本体,所述的固定架通过螺钉安装在龙骨架上，固定架呈L型结构，固定架上端与龙骨架之间安装与加强板，固定架数量为二，固定架上安装有定位装置，定位架右端之间安装有板材本体。本发明可以解决现有的外墙装饰板材在进行安装时，安装效果差、安装与拆卸不方便，安装后的板材之间容易存在较大的间隙，雨水容易渗入板材内部，影响板材的后续使用寿命，而且现有的外墙装饰板材在使用时，板材的使用效果差、防护性能低，板材的装饰层容易发生破碎的现象，破碎后的板材容易发生脱落的现象，影响使用安全等难题。
