The device is characterized in that a side formwork of a main body structure is arranged on the outer side of an area to be subjected to plate descending construction in a supporting mode, and the formwork supporting device comprises a telescopic part, a supporting part and a supporting part, wherein the telescopic part is arranged on a bottom formwork of the main body structure and is adjustable in height; the fixing piece is detachably mounted at the top of the telescopic piece and used for being fixedly connected with the template, and the distance between the bottom of the template and the bottom die is adjusted by adjusting the height of the telescopic piece; and the positioning piece is parallel tothe bottom die and is mounted on the telescopic piece, the length of the positioning piece is adjustable, and the end part of the positioning piece is propped against the side die by adjusting the length of the positioning piece, so that the telescopic piece is prevented from deviating.
