The invention discloses a pumping system for concrete and a conveying method thereof. The pumping system comprises a concrete transmission box, wherein an extending transmission box is arranged on oneside of the concrete transmission box, and spiral rotating rods are rotatably connected to the inside of the concrete transmission box and the inside of the extending transmission box. The pumping system has the beneficial effects that an inserting groove is formed in one side of the concrete transmission box, a rubber strip inserting plate is installed on one side of the extending transmission box, one end of the rubber strip inserting plate is movably inserted into the inserting groove, and the two transmission boxes are connected; one ends of the two spiral rotating rods are each providedwith a rotating connecting plate, so that the two spiral rotating rods are transferred and transmitted, and the connection transmission of concrete is achieved; and sliding support rods are fixedly installed at the bottom of the concrete transmission box and the bottom of the extending transmission box, so that two sliding bases are slidably supported, material blocking partition plates are fixedly installed at the tops of the sliding bases, and the extension transmission of the concrete is achieved.

本发明公开了一种混凝土用泵送系统及其输送方法，包括混凝土传输箱，混凝土传输箱的一侧设有延伸传输箱，混凝土传输箱的内部与延伸传输箱的内部均转动连接有螺旋转杆，本发明的有益效果是：通过在混凝土传输箱的一侧开设有插接槽，在延伸传输箱的一侧安装有胶条插板，使胶条插板的一端活动插接至插接槽的内部，实现两个传输箱的连接，在两个螺旋转杆的一端安装有转接连板，使得两个螺旋转杆进行转接传动，实现混凝土的连接传输，通过在混凝土传输箱的底部与延伸传输箱的底部均固定安装有滑动支杆，实现对两个滑动底座进行滑动支撑，通过在滑动底座的顶部固定安装有阻料隔板，由此实现混凝土的延伸传输。
