The invention discloses an anti-theft device of a transformer. The anti-theft device comprises a remote control receiver fixedly arranged below a large cover of the transformer, two push-pull type electromagnets arranged in parallel, and anti-opening fixed frames fixedly arranged at the positions, corresponding to the push-pull type electromagnets, of the transformer. Each push-pull type electromagnet comprises a telescopic anti-opening pinboard, an anti-opening plug hole which is matched with the corresponding anti-opening pinboard and allows the corresponding anti-opening pinboard to be inserted in is formed in the side face of each anti-opening fixed frame, and after the two push-pull type electromagnets are connected in parallel, one end of the two push-pull type electromagnets is connected with a negative electrode of an external power source, and the other end of the two push-pull type electromagnets is connected with a switch and then is connected with a positive electrode of the external power source. The remote control receiver is connected with the positive electrode and the negative electrode of the external power source. The anti-theft device is simple in structure, convenient to mount and low in cost, and is suitable for transforming and mounting the seasonal transformer likely to be stolen, and high in promotional value.
