A heating resistor is arranged on the thermosensitive bimetal. The two ends of the heating resistor are connected with the two first contact blocks through first wires one to one. A power source, a switch and two second contact blocks which are connected in series through second wires are arranged on an unlocking arm. The fastening arm only overlaps with the window frame atthe position of the convex edge.
