The device comprises a semi-automatic spring roller blind apparatus, a red cloth curtain, a lower beam, red cloth curtain hooks and hook round rings. One end of the red cloth curtain is winded around a coiling shaft of the semi-automatic spring roller blind apparatus. The lower beam is arranged at the other end of the redcloth curtain. The red cloth curtain hooks are arranged on the lower beam. The semi-automatic spring roller blind apparatus is located on one side of secondary equipment. The hook round rings are located on the other side of the secondary equipment. The spring roller blind type red cloth curtain device is integrated to a secondary screen cabinet, the red cloth curtain is pulled out through the lower beam, the red cloth curtain hooks are hung to the hook round rings, the secondary equipment in operation is covered, power grid accidents caused by touching the secondary equipment in operation bymistake are avoided, the time and efforts of staff of electric power to go to and return from a safety apparatus room for taking and storing the red cloth curtain are saved, it is not needed to sortor fold the red cloth curtain, the problem that the red cloth curtain is prone to moving on the surface of the secondary screen cabinet because of ferromagnetic materials is avoided, and the problem that maintenance work is affected because arrangement of secondary installation is delayed after a red cloth curtain is lost is solved.
